what ticket do i need to get to birth island and where do i get it????

i have 104 or 111 in my kanto-dex and 154 in my national-dex and i've only beaten the elite 4 once since i haven't played for like 4 months.

EDIT: Anywayz i'm goin so yeh pretty much the only way you can get is warp back in time hahaha lol, or TRY AND BUY A LEGIT 1 lol, your chances are i think....... 1.01% lol good luck
