No, Flareon isn't BL. It's more like UU/NU since it's really not that good. And in D/P, Flareon will definitely be NU since it doesn't even get Flare Drive. Poor thing.

I knooow. Its so sad. Its name is FLAREon and it doesn't get Flare Drive. =/ Scizor and Ampharos are BL/OU because of the move changes...​

And if that entered a battle with a Jumpluff, It would be hopeless, seeing as Jumpluff can learn Toxic, Leech seed doesn't work on Grass types, and Razor Leaf wouldn't do a thing since it is both Grass/Flying.

Dude, that is the standard Meganium set. It’s not like Meganium is meant to handle Jumpluff, unless you want to suggest HP Ice/Fire for in-game.
