Life Orb on Arcanine. Use Morning Sun to heal off the recoil.

Giga Drain > Leaf Storm on Sceptile as you don't want to be switching out every time you attack.

Dragon Claw over Dragon Rush on Salamence, as Dragon Rush is far too inaccurate. Earthquake over Stone Edge as well: The only type that resists Dragon is Steel and Earthquake hits all but 2 of them very hard. 252 Atk/ 252 Spd for the EVs as extra bulk rarely makes a difference with such offensive pokemon. Go with Aqua Tail in the last slot. Use a Muscle Band. Intimidate for it's ability since Salamence is quite frail and it helps set up Dragon Dance.

Draco Meteor in Kingdra's last slot. Give it Choice Specs, as Dragon types are so rare ingame.

Ice Beam > Dragon Pulse on Lapras. Thunderbolt > Thunder as well. Water Absorb as it's ability.

Oh ok thanks, do you think draco Meteor should just replace dragon pulse on kingra use another move for extra coverage? Also do you think I should include umbreon for a better defensive core

I'd go with a Physical Sceptile as opposed to a Special one to even out the Special / Physical ratio.

Leech Seed requires breeding. Leaf Blade is solid STAB while T-Punch and Dragon Claw are coverage.

Unless you want to breed for Wish and Yawn , it isn't worth it.

Really a great wall if you can breed. Basically sets up a few Curse's and stalls / sweeps with Payback. Keep in mind Payback will be powerful since the Speed gets lowered and the Attack gets raised.

toxic should be the first move on espeon, none of the pesky breeding involved and its actually really useful for taking down things like haxorus

I think Adamant is a better Nature than Jolly for a physical Sceptile. It already has enough Speed, it needs the Attack boost more. Especially if the last move is not Swords Dance.

Also, Hyper Voice is an option for one of Espeon's moves.

well it's yet another special attack, and it has a high base power (90), but again it's just an option.
