I want it for my breloom(EV trained it!) I went to the main site but it doesn't say the location, and psypoke just says route 15 butI can't find it. Where do I get the black belt?

They not really that good anyway, a 10% boost isn't going to help you much...

EXACTLY MY POINT!
Here's an example:

T-tar with EQ and soft sand.

EQ: Base power: 100
10% boost: 110
100-110=NOT WORTH IT!

Plus you HAVE to use that move/moves of that type for it to work, and anything with under 100 power gets less than 10 boost.

its easy just fight someone with fighting type pokemon on firered or leafgreen and most likely if u use a move like covet or some other move u can get it

No, people just think that they do more than what they actually do and the game makes a big deal about them with NPCs saying they will make your attacks stronger. Darn propaganda.

for the record, since no one seems to have said this, he doesn't just give it to you. you have to use covet/thief on his pokemon to get it from them. 5th+ rematch, of course.

I would just use this moveset

Breeloom
(H)Item:Leftovers
Attacks:
Leech Seed
Spore
Dynamic Punch
Mega-Punch

This is just a thing so that you wont have to use the blackbelt or whatever
