Where do I find the elusive black belt that boosts fighting moves by 10%? I have emerald and fire red, if they're in the other games, they're out of bounds to me.

You fight Black Belt Nob five times then he gives it to you when you come after he calls-he's in the route above Rustboro.

actually, he doesn't give it to you. you have to use thief on his machamp.

Haven't been able to try this yet, nob and koji are afraid to challenge me. Bug-freak between tree town and the beachside town with shopping centre has silver powder on his masquerain though!
