U-Turn is obtained post-E4, and Steel Wing is an egg move, and it can't expect to take too many hits in the first place. (This guy has a really shallow physical movepool. It doesn't even get Brave Bird. It's only worthwhile stab might actually be Fly.)

Darmnitian is better as an all out Attacker as opposed to a Belly Drummer. Belly Drum is very risky. Replace it with something like U-Turn or Earthquake. Flare Blitz can also be considered over Fire Punch for the sheer power of it although I can understand if you decide to keep Fire Punch because the recoil of Flare Blitz really adds up over time.

Also, Swords Dance completely outclasses Hone Claws on Excadrill. Also, replace Metal Claw with X-Scissor or Return. Metal Claw is weak and doesn't offer any really significant type coverage. X-Scissor covers Grass Types who resist Earthquake and are hit equally hard by Rock Slide although Return is stronger on neutral hits. Brick break is another option but it doesn't really cover anything his STABed Earthquake doesn't already cover.

Hydreigon's moveset is fine.

Eelektross should probably be using an Adamant Nature with Wild Charge over Thunderbolt and Dragon Claw over Dragon Tail if its setting up with Coil.
