Do you think there will be black trainers in this game? I know there arent many black people in asia but its not like they dont exist

i was actually thinkin of that a while back, all the characters look white cacausian (soz can't spell)

i don't think it really matters i mean lots of games don't have black characters but i do think its about time there was some in.

is ther any in the anime either?

nintendo is in japan, yet brock's family seem to be the only characters designed to be of that "race", if you will. am i right? sorry if ive offended, but is that not why brock's eyes are so narrow, because he's meant to be japanese or something?

Agetha she was chinese and then they had misty she was From Ireland...

shes Got Red hair most of them are from there but i know not all red headed

people are from ireland but in a episode i could of sworn she said she was

from ireland or someplace around there when she talked about her sisters and

how she moved away from there To be with her sisters and be a gym

leader...? when she was doing the contest for the pokemon dolls or

something idk..

Nintendo/Game Freak have had problems concerning racism before. Anyone here ever heard of Jynx? I do recall 'the hikers' in G/S/C to be darker than other traners, but that is about it.

I also think there should be black trainers. And trainers from other races as well.
I think it's strange that all trainers in the game are white while the games are made in Japan...

Jynx had nothing to do with the addition of black people. Jynx was in trouble because she looked like a stereotypical black person (She was actually based on ancient japanese folklore). They could still add black people, but they can't be all stereotypical (big lips, eating fried chicken, etc.).

lol i've never thought about this and never thought jynx was a stereotypical black person-like...
But really, i don't think there will be one in this game as people in the game seem to have no defenite race except their skin color is either white or yellow or dark brown. Heck, some of them have green or purple colored hair too. And not just one, but a lot of them..
