World domination!
On emerald- impossible
firered- take charmander/charmeleon/charizard with full happiness for blastburn and squirtle/wartortle/blastoise with full happiness for hyrdocannon (bulblasaur/ivysaur/venusuar with full happiness for frenzy plant and in XD you can obtain a cyndaquil with blastburn a chikorita with frenzy plant and a totodile with hydrocannon) also only one attack per game (one time hydrocannon on time blastburn and one time frenzy plant)

To get those attacks on emerald you must trade Venusaur/Charizard/Blastoise from LG/FR

But dont take them because they.................S U C K

Volteon

Back I guess??
Yes, 2 flametrowers >>>>>>>>>>>>> 1 blast burn.

Deals more damage and has the chance to burn.

BTW you can also get those specials attacks in Pokémon XD. (EDIT: ko-koro already wrote about that)

Look at the main site before open a thread.

Who would want to teach his pokemons blast burn or whatever beam that keeps the user immobile for the next turn?

The only one I'd even consider would be Frenzy Plant...oh wait. WTF I am thinking, I'd just use Solar Beam, duh.

Yeah, you get them on Island Two from a lady in a house next to a waterfall. But, they're no good so there really isn't a point to have them.

It isn't possible to get it on Emerald. Only by trading your starter from FireRed or LeafGreen. I don't think you should get them though, unless if you love to use Hyper Beam. :/

Just look over what people said, and you should be good. And to restate, these moves are only available in Fire Red and Leaf Green (For the Kanto Starters) and Pokemon XD (for the Johto Starters).
