Deficiency in team synergy. In layman's terms, none of these Pokémon work with each other at all. Rayquaza cancels Groudon's Drought, and Koffing has about no place on this Team at all(evolve it and train it right, though, and I suppose you have a Physical Wall).
Blaziken: Ditch Blaze Kick and Brick Break. They're just weaker versions of the moves you already have. Replace with Swords Dance and Rock Slide. Flamethrower is also inferior to Fire Blast and Overheat on Blaziken, so I'd suggest replacing it.
SpecialQuaza is inferior to PhysQuaza in so many ways. With a Choice Band, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Aerial Ace(Because HP Flying is impossible InGame), Thunderbolt/Fire Blast/Overheat. Alternatively, Leftovers with Dragon Dance, Rock Slide, Earthquake, and Aerial Ace/one of the Special moves in the CB Set.
Groudon isn't meant to use Special Attacks. Just a Fire move for getting rid of Physical Walls(namely Skarmory), but as this is InGame, it's not all that needed. Use G80, IMO. Rock Slide, Earthquake, Swords Dance, and Overheat. I don't know the set for CBDon off the top of my head, but I hear it's better =/
Weezing(because it should be a Weezing): Sludge Bomb, Will-o'-Wisp, Pain Split, Fire Blast. Normally Haze would be a secure moveslot and you'd choose between Pain Split and Fire Blast, but Stat Uppers are hardly a threat InGame. Explosion is a viable option as well.
Good Water Type....Well, since you've just turned down the best two(=/), and I doubt you can get a Suicune.....Vaporeon, Swampert, or Blastoise are good options. It'd help to know what game this is for/which games you have access to, BTW, so I can properly suggest a fitting Pokémon.
You need a lot more Special Support, BTW, as this Team is largely Physical, Wall or Sweeper. I'd suggest a Regice for the last slot, but meh, I don't know if you have access to one.
