How could you possibly use shadow ball on a Roselia. Her base attack is incredibly low and she gets no STAB.

He said he doesn't want you to suggest HP's. And you need Sunny Day, Synthesis, and Solarbeam because they all work together. Sludge Bomb is for STAB and Grass types.

Roselia doesn't need solarbeam and sunny day as it has no chlorophyll and sludge bomb coming off from that attack won't hurt ****.

ummm...i did manage to get HP water on it with good power. i know its not as good as ice/fire, but could it work?
