BLINKER SEED What the FUDGE!!

okay yesterday i was in northwond field i found a blinker seed i do not know what it does it got sticky then i went to items clicked info on blinker seed then my thyplosion froze and so did Sy and Zapdos and then i had to switch the game off! i don't know what happened and could somebody tell me what a blinker seed does!?

I think a blinker seed makes the pokemon it hits blink. I don't know why that would be useful, but that's what I think it is. And your pokemon freezing... That's probably a glitch or something.

That's why I don't use more than half the seeds I just sell them. I don't wan to take the chance in my game.
