Blissey Moveset and team rates

[water types rule]

What moves would be good for Blissey? I was thinking:
Blissey w/Leftovers
Counter
Seismic Toss
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt or Softboiled

I'd be using it with this team:
Salamence w/Lum Berry?
Flamethrower
Crunch
Fly(would replace with Aerial Ace but have no TM)
Brick Break

Gardevior w/ Focus Band
Psychic
Toxic
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball

I'd be using them mainly in the Battle Frontier.

chain breed for AA and DD. taillow learns AA at 34, breed onto swablu. altaria learns DD at 40, and breed them both onto a bagon. no TMs needed.

breed hydro pump from gyarados. DDmence is better, though.

i've never really used gardy, but i figure a good set looks something like:

i don't know what nature or trait. probably trace, to mess with levitating earthquakers and type-absorbers.

i hate the "no duplicate items" clause in BF.
