calm mind is use uselles he has a good spd and only only spattack you raises for 50 % from the whole attack so i shall choose toxic cause blissey got much hp and survives long with aromatherapie and softboiled and then finish it with ice beam/flamethrower/thunderbolt his choice and maybe you can give him leftovers ore focus band

Lol you dont even knoiw that seismicc toss works good on blisseys because of it low attack it wiill always do 100HP damage lol
