can someone give me complete instructions of how to get a blissey with 714 hitpoints, i need him as a tank on my team

I can say one thing, Blissey is a Special Wall, not a Tank.

Blissey should have 31 IV for HP and 252 HP EVs if you want to hit 714.

Thats being lazy, why would you want to know of you were planning to get one traded. Do it yourself.
