Although, since this is for the BF, and it's pretty hard to have fun there, because a lot of fun movesets will no work in the BF, so...
You could use Dunsparce's for another blissey though.

hawkins!!!! you should put counter on your blissey cause since your opponent takes off so much hp, you will still survive while counter does double the damage! ya, mabye only to physical attacks but it is still a good move!

Calm Mind will help boost Special Atatck (For Attack) and Special Defense(Though a boost in it is uneeded).

Other Options:
Water Pulse (Add with Serene Grace), Lightscreen(To Pseudo-Pass), Safeguard(See Light Screen), Seismic Toss(For Magneton/Lanturn), Flamethowe(For Shedinja), ect.

no, cause counter is betting everything on the chance that the opponent is gonna use a physical move, hit, and not faint blissey.

Nah, we agreed(at least i think there was some sort of unspoken agreement)that Ice Beam is for Competitive Battling and NB. U won't see that many Dugtrio in the BF, so Aromatherapy or Heal Bell is best on Blissey. Make sure you give it Max Defense and HP EVs! So, it should look like this

no, you NEED aromatherapy because it cures your entire party. Refresh ain't gonna do it, especially if you already have natural cure.

k, but seriously, breeding doesn't take very long if you just hatch a few eggs a day... (of course chansey eggs take like 5000 steps to hatch WITH the /2 thing in emerald)
