Blitzle electric pokemon that I met on route 3. along with several other normal type pokemon. Apart from the tension it creates, are there any other characteristics? hard to catch this object

I'm not really sure what you're asking. What do you mean by tension it creates, and what characteristics are you asking for? Also I believe this is in the wrong section; I'm assuming you mean you encountered it on Route 3 in either Black or White version. This section is specifically for spinoff games such as the Mystery Dungeon and Ranger series; Black and White are Generation V main series games and have their own section here.
