I don't give Aggron speed EVs since Thunder Wave usually does the trick of making Aggron faster. I'm not a big fan of counter on aggron seeing how people will hardly hit it with physical hits save fighting/ground.

And for Hypno I like these EVs: 252 HP / 176 Def / 16 SAtk / 64 SDef
