Braille Code

In Hong Kong, we get the comics slower than other countries, and we're currently up to VS Nosepass II only. Anyway, there were some braille code under the title. I tried looking it up on the internet but most of them meant nothing. Does anyone know what they mean?

Edit: Okay, so apparantly they mean TOKUSEI "SI(Small Ya, Yu or Yo)ROKUWO YA"HURE NOMAKI in Japanese Braille. What does that mean?

The codes are different for each chapter. I pick out vol.20 "randomly" and looked at chapter 239. After looking through the last page of my Japanese Emerald guide, with all the Japanese Braille codes provided, I got "Sora tobu kyoukaihonbu no maki", meaning "The story of the association HQs that flies". And this hinted the appearance of Ba.Goon, the airship of the Pokemon Association.

[off-topic] When I first saw "sora tobu", I thought it was something related to GracefulShippy. Darn! [/off-topic]

Since the first time I transliterated that phrase it doesn't make sense, I tried again on chapter 241, this time I got "Tenkuu no shuurenjou no maki" after several corrections, meaning "The story of the training place in the sky", hinting about Wally's training with Norman.

[off-topic] I don't know there's any Hong Kong-er besides me...Where do you get the translated version? Because I only look at the Japanese versions, but I wanna look at the translated version (cough) as part of the research to my thesis (cough) [/off-topic]

Okay, thanks.

Off topic: I get mine through a comic-magazine I buy. They have Pokemon Special, but they only show two to three chapters every two weeks. I don't think I mentioned this, but they were translated into Chinese.

By the way, what thesis is it?

Hmm...I think I've read the first few chapters of PokeSpecial from a Chinese manga magazine many many MANY years ago. Which magazine was it?

Ah, that would be my university thesis. I'm not gonna write it for a few more years (being a freshman), but I'm thinking along the lines on popular culture and/or translated works. I'm an English Major, by the way.

It's actually more of a collection of various comics episodes than a magazine... but oh well... It's called 'Happy Dragon'.

Braille code? Do you mean the kind that people read when they can't see or the Pokemon one? If you're referring to the ones in the game or slight symbols in the Manga, then I have to guess that they're the same things as the ones that blind people read. Kind of easy to read if you have a braille translator program somewhere on the internet for the people that can make programs for those that need it . . .
