im trying to breed a nice set of pokemon to use in a new game in pokemon emerald and i would like to know how to put Dragon Dance on a larvitar
Which pokemon can breed with my female Tyranitar?

To get Dragon Dance on a Larvitar, breed a male Pokemon that knows Dragon Dance (such as Horsea, Altaria or Gyarados) with a female member of the Charmander family until you get a male Charmander. Breed this male Charmander (who should have Dragon Dance) with your female Tyranitar, and you should get a Larvitar with Dragon Dance. You probably should have asked your question here, though.

ok thanks i knew i had to like breed several times to get it,but i was hoping some1 knew a combination that only took 1 try

No, that's impossible. There is nothing in the Monster egg group that learns Dragon Dance naturally.
