I don't know much about D/P, but breeding for IVs in Emerald isn't too difficult. Find two compatible pokemon with good stats and throw them in the day-care. If the hatchling has nicer IVs than a parent, switch the two, and *eventually you'll have a powerhouse.
* Getting the perfect IVs/Nature/Ability could take you weeks.

get dittos with the flawless stat(s) you want
Breed with the pokemon you want until the baby inherts the flawless stat, put it in the day-care with the second flawless stat ditto and wait till it inherts that stat and continue doing this until it inherts all the stats (3) and 4* flawless is only by luck

you can breed flawless stats with dito or other pokemon, 2 are inhered by one parent and 1 by the other (don't know what gender represents wich number of stats). You can get a double flawless anyway.
And I can know cause my adamant triple/quadruple (I beleive both attacks and defences or attack and both defences) flawless dito has done some great breeding.
You can also breed natures by giving dito or the female an everstone.
And yes the breeding stayes the sme in D/P (yippie)

That is COMPLETELY WRONG!you can breed flawless stats with dito or other pokemon, 2 are inhered by one parent and 1 by the other (don't know what gender represents wich number of stats).
The 3 stats that are inherited are completely random.
You could inherit all 3 from 1 parent, you could get 2 from one and 1 for the other. And it is NOT guarunteed that you will get 3 inherited stats. Tests have been done and it is possible to only get 2 inherited stats.
And breeding for flawless stats is random... it could take you hours, or it can take you YEARS. It all depends on the luck of the draw.

I guess you've never bred for a female modest Gardevoir with Synchronize and flawless HP/S.Att/S.Def.
It really takes as much luck to breed as it does skill.

So if I'm right you just can get 3 IV stats from the parents.
And if a pokemon has better IV than the parents will this guaruntee that the next baby get higer IV than his parents.
Make it any different if both parents has the same IV stat?
Up to 3 iv's willl be inherited randomly among both parents. And just because the baby has better stats that is no guaruntee that the next line will be better. There will not be a higher chance if the IV's are the same. The chances are always the same, You just have multiples of the same number to randomly choose from.
A lot people think its by luck which it's pointless explaining that it isn't anyway. It will take days to get triple-flawless, (with my second to last recent lapras), and hours to get double flawless. It it is all hard hatching and motivation.
Ever had a flawless IV before? I'd suggest you go on a catching spree!!
Keep catching ditto's until you get the desired flawless. Sometimes you can have a synchronizer to get the flawless and nature which is hard but pays off in the end. Once accmploshing that you can get double-flawlesses with genderless pokemon. Only 2-3 IV's can be inherited at random. If you get the triple-flawless the other IV's arent always going to be what is theoretically expected. I hatched a larvitar with flawless atk/sp.def/spd most recently and the hp/def dv was bad and if my sp.atk IV was one point higher I would of gotten a hidden power grass with 70 power. You never know what could happen. theres only a 32% chance to catch a pokemon with a flawless. which that percent chance could kick in and end up getting a quad flawless
(which some users have accomplished multiple times.)
Also if the parents has at least 1-3 of the same IV for example 3, it has a 25% percent chance to get a triple-flawless!

What title?
If you want to determine the IV's of your pokemon, you can goto the man who's in the north of the Pokemon Center (he's in the house north of it). Or you can use the IV caclulator on serebii (forgot link).

Nothing, they'll still level up with the amount of steps. And exp-share only works in your party so not in the daycare or the pc.
