I have a couple of questions about breeding pokemon. Do the EV's you give to the parents or any other variable effect how the baby pokemon's IV's will turn out? Also, which pokemon do I need to breed with Sceptile in order to get a Sceptile with Crunch?

I'm not good with IVs.. >__>;;;

...but to get Crunch for Sceptile, breed a female Treecko/Grovyle/Sceptile with a male Larvitar/Pupitar/Tyranitar/Bagon/Shellgon/Salamence that know Crunch.

EVs of the parent have no effect on offspring. the baby does inherit IVs from its parents, though how many and by what pattern is unknown.
