I want to know how to, if I can get Focus Punch on Shroomish;285; through breeding because he can't learn it via TM and I plan on getting a Tyranitar;248; is it possible?? Thx in advance!!

Larvitar can't either. If you're looking for a Tyranitar set with Focus Punch, look no further than Boah.
