Is this a competitive team? If it's an ingame team there's another section for that.

If it is competitive then you'll need to provide us with more detail. EV spreads, strategy, hold items, and where's the rest of the team?

Also, as a competitive team I can see this failing.

what?hiow could you see this failing <_> i don't really know the evs at a glance but...i know that blaziken shiftry and wailren all have good natures,
held items are:
shiftry:dark glasses(or whatever)
wailren:nevermeltice
blaziken:focus sash

How do you not know the EV's? Did you train them?

For competitive battling, those kind of items aren't fit :p With exception of the Focus Sash.

And I can see this failing because of the way you posted it. A competitive team is built upon checks and supports. Basically, you have pokemon to "check" threats and pokemon to support the team by being healers, baton passers, etc.

Of course, the sky's the limit. But usually the above format is used, even very loosely.
