Suggestions in bold.

Can't change Dewgong, but you can change anything else :)
Dewgong@Damp Rock
Hydration
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Rain Dance
- Rest
Nature : Modest
This MUST be in every team I make This looks fine.

Lapras@Life Orb
Water Absorb
- Hydro Pump
- Sing/Toxic
- Ice Beam
- Thunder
Nature: Modest
To go with Dewgong Lapras cannot learn Grass Knot or Recover.

Magikarp@Choice Band.......
Swift Swim
- Bounce
- Flail
- Splash You don't need this at all.
- Tackle You don't need this either.
Nature : Adamant
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 Def
Don't ask why. I like magikarp too. ....I do too, but you're really going to put it on a team? There are so many better physical attacking Pokemon to use on a Rain Dance team. This thing won't offer you anything what so ever.

If you want a physical attacking Pokemon to go on your Rain Dance team, consider something like Toxicroak with Dry Skin.

Rapidash@Wide Lens
Flash Fire
- Megahorn
- Protect (since this is for 2v2, helps defend her when you use Surf)
- Flare Blitz
- Hypnosis
Nature: Jolly
EV's : 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 Hp
My powerhouse Fire Pokemon aren't good choices to add to Rain Dance teams. Your Fire moves are weakened and you're at risk of getting hit by more powerful Water moves. Consider something like a Steel type instead.

I'm acutally not going to bother with EV's this time , for two pokemon!
