Bulbasaur

I was playing my Yellow today and i just got out of Mt Moon and beat misty and i went to get my Bulbasaur and it wouldnt let me. I remembered i had to talk to bill so i went through the nugget bridge and talked to bill and got the S.S. Ticket and talked to the girl again and she didnt give me bulbasaur. What is happening that i cant get bulbasaur?

Mabye your Pikachu is unhappy? I thought it would only give you Bulbasaur if you'd done all what you've done, and Pikachu was happy...

Yes, you've got to not faint Pika, and use him lots in battle or something, I don't think the happiness is much different then as it is now...

Repeatedly attempting to give a Potion to Pikachu when it's full health ftw (or, in this case, ftb = for the Bulbasaur).

Try giving him potions even when he doesn't need them, it makes him happier, so try that.

yea i did keep giving my pika potions but it didnt work. she still wont give me bulbasuar. I think i no my pika isnt as happy as what it usually is in my other games: I traded it to gold and it up to LV 50 then traded back after i beat brock. I'll just go kill some wild pokemon trying to get its happiness up

If you've traded it out of the game then that's probably why it's not working.

ok dont worry i got bulba now. I just had to kill alot of wild pokes till pika loved me and started jumping up and down. So thanks for all the help and this can be closed now
