In Yellow I have troubles with getting Bulbasaur I went to the house where the Bulbasaur is but the girl just says she is looking for a trainer that can take good care of him is there some type of requirement I already got Charmander and Squirtle.

your pikachu must be level 20 or above, and it should be by now, if you've beaten surge.

did you get rid of it? bulbasaur is the 1st one i get of the 3.

Have you beat Lt. Surge? You should get it after you beat him.

It has to be level 20 or higher and your Pikachu has to be happy with you. So if it's not level 20 yet, train it. Heal it at the Poké Center then try to give it a potion when its health is full. Then try to get Bulbasaur again.
