Bulk Mail Folder

I'm not very technical, but here I go...

I went to check my bulk mail folder, but it wasn't there. Is the bulk mail in a different spot from the drop-down box listing the other folders? It may have gotten deleted by someone in my family. Is there any way to revover a deleted folder?

That's the problem. A while ago, my parents cleared out tons of files because our computer was slow. I think they may have deleted it from the recycle bin.

Edit: I Emailed customer support. They said if there is nothing in the folder, it doesn't appear. If there's nothing in it, where does all the SPAMmail go?

Did you use SEARCH/ It may have been moved.

I'm lucky that I know more about the computer than my parents!

Which kind of email service do you use?
Check your settings, maybe it has been disabled or something similar.
