Buried Ruins... I can't get it.

I've been on the main site for Mystery Dungeon, and it says that in order to unlock the buried ruins, you have to clear the stormy sea and you will recieve mail about it. I've cleared the stormy sea and recruited Kyorge, and I haven't recived the mail, I've made sure my mailbox is empty and Pelliper won't delever it. Is their anything else I need to do.

I dont know if this has anything to do with it, but in town, Shiftry will tell you how to get there, go talk to him.

Ok one its the Buried Relic (sorry for being a spelling freak)
and ya should get it soon. I got it with a full mailbox and the letter erased one of my missions so, yeah.

For some reason, when I got it, I remeber having to talk to Shiftree, or someone in the square.

obvious, get sky blu plains, jus in case, and then go thru Solar Cave, get Surf, that'll clear it up, probably

Do a few missions, empty out your mailbox and wait for the letter then go talk to Shiftry.

Talk to everyone in town. Someone's going to tell you something about it. The next day, it will be accessible.

Defeat Kyogre. The next day, a special Pokemon News will be delivered. Read it, then go to Pokemon Square to unlock the dungeon.

No one in the square will say anything about the relic until you get the letter. But once you get the letter it will be all everyones talking about in the square and you talk to lombre who says shiftry knows were it is. Talk to the shiftry then you get the triumphant music and 'Gained acess to the buried relic.'

If you arent getting the mail i suggest clearing the tiny woods or something a few times for new days but i remember i got the mail the day after beating kyogre. ;123;

I think that you have to buy/unlock the Ancient Ruins Friend Area

Yeah you have to buy the Acient relic friend area to unlock the Buried Relic.
