Buying or winning Porygon?

Alright, here's a poll question that has some relevence to me right now. What do YOU do for coins when you want to buy Porygon, or one of those yummy boltbeam TMs for that matter?

I used to buy all the time, but now I find it a lot easier to time the 7's. I know that's a lot cheaper, but is it too slow to warrant doing?

I always save up enough money and buy as many coins as I need to get the prize I want. So, yeah. I basically buy it XD I've never been very lucky on those slots and card games. It's just so much easier to buy the coins anyway. I've been doing this since R/B/Y too lol

I'll gamble on LG but I'll buy them on Sapphire and Emerald.

I'm not very good at the Hoenn slots, but I will try them.

I find the same to be true for me. The Hoenn 7's are just too fast and not bold enough. Plus they have that confusing Pikachu bonus system.

I always have more than enough money by the end of the game, so I just wait until then and buy up anything I couldn't afford the first time through. I suck at those games, so buying is the only way for me to go anyways. ^^;

Well, I just gambled me up a Porygon. It took a while but it wasn't as boring as pressing A repeatedly. Plus I'm much less poorly! It's really not so bad if you watch Simpsons while you do it.

I get Porygon, TMs and items all by gambling...My eyes somewhat can see the spinning number 7 in the 3rd slot...

I mainly buy the coins, but if I feel lucky enough Ill gamble for coins XD Ive never had enough for a Porygon.. Dunno why ^^;

if youre going for the LG porygon, just go buy it. But if youre in FR or any other version you would eventually have to gamble to get 9999...

Here is how I make enough coins to buy everything there:
- Rarely play the games.
- I search in the floor and I find a bunch of them.
- I buy them until the Coin Case fills up.

I hate those confusing, fast spinning thingeys on the slots, and I never had luck on those.
I always heve enough money, so that isn't a problem
Plus, it's faster.

I usually buy them, but sometimes when I get bored I like to gamble on the slot machines, and I may get lucky enough to get one with those coins. I always save beforehand, so if I lose a lot of coins, I can get them back. I only actually bought one Porygon in the 3rd Gen (on my Leafgreen, since it's cheaper), then just bred for more if I wanted them.

I buy coins the old fashioned way. E4 + Amulet coin = Baddab00m $_$

I buy them too. It would be a wast of time to rely on luck.
