Came back to Pokemon TCG, Failed hard at it.

OK A friend of mine and I got bored and started playing some pokemon tcg. He netdecked some blastoise thing and I ran with a deck I built. I got dominated. Moral of the story is: I wanna fix one of these decks to make it work! I made two decks:
