can i find deoxys

Sorry to disappoint you, but other than a nintendo event, or via cheating, you can't get a deoxys any other way. Unless you trade with someone who has a real one, or mix records with someone who has the aurora ticket. It angers us all. I would sure like to mix records with anyone who has that ticket...

Mew, Deoxys, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi and Lati@S/LatiOs(Which ever 1 u didlnt chose) are only obtainable through wonderspots from a special event

Jarichi is available as a reward for completing pokemon Channel

Celebi is rumoured to be obtainale in Nintendo's newest event in celebration to pokemon's 10th anniversary.

Hope that cleared a few things up for you Cheat Gubben

Actually, this is not true. You can ONLY get the Aurora Ticket from having gone to one of these events yourself and downloading the Ticket via Wonderspot. You can not mix records to obtain it.

cheat gubben, your question is already answered in the Emerald FAQ sticky, please read the stickies (and maybe read the rules one more time, as you've already been Warned for spamming) before making any more threads.
