You know how you have a Evee(sp?) factor and feebas factors, so what about a Wurmple factor like determining if it will evolve into a silcoon or a cascoon (if this is impossible to find out then tell me) but i think that would help alot of players

It's 8/65536, which is the same as 1/8192.
