For missouri kanas city can I still enter the tourny?

Do you just sign up for the tournament? I didn't think you even had to pay money to go to the event to get Celebi and the top 20.

Select the State you are in and you will get four of the Closest cities that the pokemon tour is going to if it says "Sorry this event closed" Under the city then you cant sign up for that tournament get in but if it says "Sorry this event isn't open" then you can still enter for that tournament....Just not at that time.

For the Kansas city one go back to the above link on the 22nd of this month and then sign up... You will then take a quiz and if you get 80% or higher and are 1 of the first 64 to do so then you are now in the tournament...Hope that helps some. If im wrong on anything someone correct me.
