I think there is a 2.5% chance of getting groudon, and the rank doesn't change the rate of you recruiting a pokemon.

Groudon has a -10% chance. Since you are level 63, that adds a bonus of 12.5% to recruitment rate, which brings Groudon's recruitment rate to 2.5%.

Yeah, It'll be a 12.5 chance if you get the friend bow. I just Recruited him.

use WM for a friend bow so you can get 12.5% and save at the save point before it and if he doesnt join,then sr and try again,thts how I got mine^^
