Metagross can breed with Ditto, and that's the only Pokemon it can breed with.

Hehehehe... no. Lots of others can't breed, i.e. Pichu, Igglybuff, etc.

i guess that would be similar to beastiality in the real world, legal in europe but not in the US. so legal in Hoenn but not in kanto.
