A big example, Diddy and Donkey Kong had blue eyes in Diddy Kong Racing, and Donkey Kong 64, but after Rare left, their eyes became black!
Same goes for their skin, it was a more slightly tan colour, now their skin is more pale!
Same goes for all the other Kongs suddenly having ten fingers and ten toes, when they only had eight fingers and eight toes!
So did Nintendo change the appearances intentionally, or did Rare force Nintendo to modify the appearances?
Also, does Nintendo own Timber, Tip-Tup, Pipsi, Drumstick, Taj, Wizpig, TT, and Bumper? All are from Diddy Kong Racing.
Because they haven't been in ANY Microsoft game to date, and they're returning in Diddy Kong Racing DS, and people are doubting the appearance of Banjo and Conker, since they belong to Microsoft! So does Nintendo own the Diddy Kong Racing characters?
