Can Shroomish family learn Spore early from breeding or other methods?...

because it seems like Shroomish/ Breloom will lose some stats if I have to wait for it to get Spore and then evolve it.... @_@

Don't worry, they won't lose any stats. One of your Brelooms/Shroomishs needs to know Spore when you breed them.

Put a male Paras/Parasect with Spore(they learn it at level 17) with a female Shroomish/Breloom at the daycare.

I am not sure if this works though.

If it has a move that it learns later, you can breed it with anything that has that move, and it will have it at birth. :)

Spore is not an Egg move for Shroomish/Breloom so it will not get Spore that way, going off the Breeding/Egg-Move thread sticky.

Only by breeding two Pokemon that both know it would be the other way to get Shromish to know Spore (given the female is of the Shroomish Line)that's the only way seeing Spore isn't an Egg Move. But you can always level up one to learn it by Rare Candies/The Day Care without it gaining stats along with levels (it doesn't matter then when it evolves), and if you're playing Emerald/transferring to a 4th gen game you can use the EV-reducing berries anyways. If you don't care about EVs or whatnot it doesn't matter when you evolve it - one that evolves right on level 100 will end up the same as if it had evolved level 23 given it fought the same Pokemon either way.
