Can someone clear up some stuff for me?

Ok, this is about the Journey Across America...I need some questions answered....

1. Do you have to win/participate in a battle tournament to recieve Celebi? Or any of the offered Pokemon?

2. Is it a tournament?

3. Will you be able to download all of the Pokemon offered or just one/a few?

That's all answered in the Americans get the chance to catch celebi thread. Just read through all the posts.
