Can someone help me improve my team?

Im really open for changes to this team as it is my first team for 5th gen.

Accelgor is too frail to be Encoring stuff. Go with Giga Drain instead. It gets Energy Ball too but at the expense of 5 base power, it can be used for recovery.

Physical Sweeper: Gliscor

Moveset:

3) Protect / Aerial Ace
4) Swords Dance

Make sure the Speed EVs invested equal 216. That way, you hit the EV cap. Also make sure you give Gliscor a Toxic Orb otherwise Poison Heal is worthless. Protect can guarantee Gliscor gets Poisoned while Aerial Ace can be used for secondary STAB. Acrobatics is a waste without Flying Gem or Fling. Flying Gem takes up the item spot needed for Toxic Orb and Fling gets rid of your Toxic Orb.

Special Sweeper: Starmie
Nature: Timid
Ability: Natural Cure
EV's: 252SpAtk, 4SpDef, 252Speed

Unless you're using Starmie in Doubles, use Surf. Starmie needs the extra power more than the 30% chance of Burning something. Hydro Pump is an option over Surf if you don't mind its Accuracy.

Annoyer: Jirachi

EV's 252 HP, 4Def, 252Speed
Moveset:
1) Fire Punch

3) Thunder Wave

Use Thunder Wave instead of Toxic. Body Slam works over it too if you have access to 3rd Gen move tutor moves. Jirachi becomes one of the most annoying Pokemon in existance with Flinch Iron Heads and Paralysis.

Annoyer: Togekiss
Nature: Modest / Calm / Bold
Ability: Serene Grace
EV's: 252 Speed, 252 SpAtk , 4 SpDef
Moveset:
1) AirSlash
2) Thunder Wave / Flamethrower / Roost
3) Aura Sphere
4) Wish / Nasty Plot

If you're going offensive with Togekiss, use Nasty Plot over Wish and drop Thunder Wave for Flamethrower or Roost. Nasty Plot Togekiss is very powerful and even with just Air Slash and Aura Sphere, not a lot can stop it. Flamethrower just gives added insurance against stuff like Zapdos, Scizor and all that. If you want a ParaFlinch set, use a Calm or Bold Nature and max out HP and one of its Defenses so Togekiss can take the hits its meant to take if needed. Roost would also be better than Wish for the ParaFlinch set since although you'll no longer be able to support the rest of the team, you won't have to wait a turn before recovery kicks in.

EV's 252 Atk, 252Speed, 4Hp
Moveset:

Not liking Attract on something as frail as Mienshao. I'd drop it for something else. The problem is, I don't know what.
