Can someone make me a Trainer card!

I want a trainer card with:

A trainer that looks like brendan with salamence as the main pokemon.
A background that is suitable with dragon pokemon.
All the hoenn league badges.
I want these pokemon:salamence,blaziken,metagross,tyranitar,aggron and sceptile.

If somebody does do me one i will put it as my signature and give you the credit by saying thanks to whom ever makes one for me.
