two things:
1) you can't legally get mew in FR/LG, only in emerald, but even then, you need some old map item.
2)the only way for you to get the pokemon is by cheating and using warp codes, or getting a hacked eon ticket.

In order to get the Eon Ticket, you must pay far out the a@@ for it.
