Those are the shiny versions of the Pokemon.
Check Serebii.net's Pokedex.

Those look like official Ken Sugimori regular pokemon and shiny pokemon. They are also on another site called pokebeach.

Yes'm, they're just recolors to resemble the shiny Pokemon.

Click on one of the Pokemon's names. It'll show two sprites: one of the regular coloring and one of it representing it's looks when a shiny Pokemon. Like I said, just take a looksie.

Nothing to be done
He knows they're shiny Pokemon. The question is whether or not it's an amatuer photoshop job of changing the Sugimori art to resemble the shinies, or whether they are shiny renditions done by Ken himself. The jury is out for now. My guess would be photoshop, though.

These are RECOLORS of Ken Sugimori art, not recolored by Ken himself.

The following images were drawn by Ken Sugimori, a Pokemon artist who works on the Anime, Gameboy, and TCG. Each Pokemon has had it's colors altered to look like the shiny versions of each of them from the Gameboy games.

The shiny versions were made by Meowth346 of Pokemon Forever and given to me. The site in the first post just stole them without asking permission for them. Looks like I have to shoot off an e-mail to them.

I'm sure Meowth is the only person ever to have photoshopped pokemon art to appear shiny, there's no chance in hell that anyone else could have.. oh wait a minute

I've been photoshopping Suigmori Art into shiny pics for a while

Heaven forbid someone else have the same idea as you. Now if you can prove they are the exact same files, then you have a case, but just saying 'the shiny versions' has no basis.

Damn it's annoying making a dark (brightness/contrast not type) pokemon light. Have to play around with levels, not just Hue/Sat. Very annoying.

Yes, because we all know that when two different people recolor the same Pokemon, they both look exactly the same. -_-

Use your head, Razor Leaf. I wouldn't be saying that if they did not have the exact same pics.
