can someone tell me the IV of this pokemon. lvl 38 Jolly UT Absol. HP 105, atk 115, def 62, sp.atk 63, sp def 61, speed 75.

Try serebii's IV calculator. Even though your pokemon isn't lvl 100, it will give you a pretty accurate estimate of what its IVs might be. Click here.
