becose if it dont wants to join team you cant get it anymore if you cant fight them 2 times

You cannot recruit Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno, Groudon, and Rayquaza until after beating the game, to go to the Sky Tower again, you need the HM Fly.
You cannot recruit Mewtwo after defeating him once.
You cannot recruit Ho-Oh after defeating him once.
