Can you help me building my team?

I plan to beat Platinum by using only OverUsed generation 1 pokemons and no legendaries (Zapdos, Mew, Mewtwo).

What's Gengar / Jolteon Hidden Power? Just posting "Hidden Power" doesn't help much.

Why Gyarados has Surf? He has a much higher attack and an Adamant nature. Go with Stone Edge / EQ instead.

And finally, why are you using Bulky Nite without any moves that actually makes him bulky? Roost > Fly, please. Dragon + Ground already gets good coverage for him. Also, I guess 224 HP/88 Atk/196 Spd was the better spread for Bulky Nite, 246 Speed ( 200 EVs) doesn't help him at all after a DD boost. You would get the same result using 196 Spe EVs ( 245 Speed, after a DD you outspeed +Speed 115 I believe ).

Other than those things, the team has standard spreads / movesets.

Made some changes to my team.

Alakazam replaces Flareon (weak pokemon).
Vaporeon replaces Gyarados (weak Surf).
