Can you rate my new trainer card?

Hi I just finished with my new trainer card.
The numbers I made by hand and the letters I also made by hand.
Also can you notice the subtle differences between the pokemon on the card and regular pokemon?

Um... it's a little average... but still, I like 'em. keep up the good work!

Um...anyone around here think that this whole thing is against the rules??
Number ratings are banned....
But anyway, your card is good... except the recolours (especially the Porygon2) are harsh to the eye and also the numbers look awkward. The colours on the slight dithering on Charizard's wings don't match well.
Oh, and what's wrong with the Pokeball under your trainer? It's severely demented.

yes Silver Suicune is right number rating is NOT ALLOWED but anyway the card is good

I know the coloring is a little harsh esspecially mews eyes but take charizards flame(The normal charizard and compare the flames colors to the colors in mews eyes and then you'll see what I was going for.Also on most of the recolors I used shiny latioses colors for those.Also sneasels eyes they're blue.Jirachis eyes are emerald.And I like the recolors.But whats wrong with the pokeball and the numbers and letters?

Well to start of, your name thing, the ID number, Charizard, and Sneasel arn't centered very well. You should also add a Pokemon behind the trainer, and add something inbetween the Pokemon and badges since it looks plain. It's a decent card nonetheless...

Card is nice, but I don't like so large amount of blue, even although blue is one of my favorite colors. But blue-haired & blue-dressed Steven looks nice =)

Some pictures are off centered and its rather plain but the recolors do look nice.
