I think it's alright. However, I think the 'smoothness' and 'flow' between the body parts of the sprite are a little rusty. I cant really talk, i'm not a fantastic spriter 
. I think the concept and design is perfect, but just say, remove some of the whiteness inbetween the blue, and the legs, because it makes it look a little sketchy. Sorry if this doesnt make sense to you, but overall it's pretty godd, and just a little minor adjustments like the lines and the way the body parts are arranged, like the pearl on the neck.
