I use R/S/E/FR carts along with GCN Colo and a GCN to GBA cable.

That's the only way to do it without two GBA's

My favourite way is via Pokemon Box.

Load up one GBA game, put every Pokemon you want into one of the boxes on Box and save. Switch Box off, load up your other GBA game into the controller and collect all the Pokemon from Box. Of course you need to meet the requirements depending on what game it is, but I think it's the best way to get multiple Pokemon traded at once.

I'm lucky that I've always had two GB/GBAs. I trade between the two by myself. However, it is a rather boring and tedious task. I hope my sister gets a DS so I could use hers along with mine for trading in Diamond/Pearl.

If you have a Gameboy player in your Gamecube, 1 link cable, and 1 Gameboy Adv./SP/Micro you can trade between one's self.
