Can you trade Pokemon from XD to Emerald?

Ive had XD for a couple of months now and havnt realy played it that much. Im gonna start back up playing it but I wanted to know if you could trade Pokemon from XD to Emerald?

You just do the same thing in Coloseum, beat the game like ^ said. And, you must defeat the Elite Four in Emerald.
