No, no, and no. EBAY is not a trustworthy wite. There are some evil people out there. Who knows, this guy could be for real, but I doubt it.

Never trust Ebay with those types of things. Usually if it seems too good to be true it usually is. there are 3 things that could happen.

1 All of those pokemon were hacked which really depends if you mind hacked pokemon.

2. The seller could steal your game.

3. The seller Could mess up your game some how.

If you really wanted those pokemon then you should just wait for D/P to be released so you can get them all from trades.

Don't trust. Sounds like that person just wants your game. Losing communications with others is so easy.

Check his feedback.

If he has done this before with others then chances are he will not steal your game.

However, I would guess its very likely that everything he will give you will have been obtained through a cheat device.

I don't trust E-bay and I wouldn't send it to get the Pokemon, I'd trade with someone instead.

Kill `em!
Yeah, and if you can't trade, just wait for D/P. Don't trust those ppl on eBay. He prolly wants to either

1. Steal your game

2. Steal your game

3. Steal your game

I think you all misjudge ebay.

Its true its possible to give fake feedback to yourself but this is easy to spot usually as the fake buyers will themselves have very low amounts of feedback. Check the people who give it.

As I say im 90% sure he wont steal your game. Its just they will be pokemon created with an Action Replay.

I have been ripped off on ebay by fake cartridges because I had no idea they existed. (Of course anyone who had visited Serebiiforums will be well aware of them) But since then I've just been careful what I have bid for and have 3 perfectly fine pokemon games.

I'd advise you to:

Only buy USED games.

Never buy from someone who sells multiple cartirdges.

Ask questions!

There are 2 possible outcomes.
1. He steals your game
2. He messes up your game by sending hacked pokemon

No he is just trying to steal your game.

Nope.
Don't trust anyone you don't know.
It'll get stolen probably.

Like most other people say, he most likely just wants a copy of ruby, but if you really want to do it, first:

1) Check his feedback, and if he if he has at least %99.5 check the items. (Even then you should be very, very careful.)

2) Try to get to know the person a bit to see if you can trust him. Don't do it straight away.

3) If it looks the slightest bit dodgy, DON'T PROCEED WITH THE TRANSACTION!
